Adv. Gil Eshet

Gil Eshet was employed in Prof. David Libai’s law practice for twelve years (1996-2009). During the final three years there he was a partner in the office. He was licensed by the Israel Bar Association in 1999. Eshet has an LL.B. (cum laude) and an LL.M. – both from Tel Aviv University. In tandem with his work as a defense lawyer, Eshet has published several articles in criminal law and  the law of evidence, that have been cited in Supreme Court rulings. Currently he is completing his doctorate in the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University, on an aspect of criminal law.

Gil Eshet specializes in criminal and administrative law, and has solid experience in representing clients in white-collar crimes, manslaughter through negligence, economic offences, anti-trust law, and money-laundering.

Eshet teaches in Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law, where he has a course in Criminal Law. In addition, he lecturers at professional seminars of the Israel Bar Association.
