Overview

The Ben-Gad, Eshet law firm was founded by Iris Ben-Gad and Dr. Gil Eshet; previously they had both worked for twelve years in the law practice of Prof. David Libai, a former Minister of Justice. Gil Eshet was a partner in the practice, while Ben-Gad handled her own autonomous practice in addition to cooperating with Libai on tort cases.

The Ben-Gad Eshet office handles a range of spheres, with a strong focus on tort law and criminal law.

As part of the firm’s expertise in tort law, we are involved in the law of insurance, medical negligence, property damage and physical damages, claims from the National Insurance Institution and the Ministry of Defense, work ability loss and so on.

In the criminal sphere, we handle white-collar offences, economic offences, money-laundering, manslaughter and negligence offences, as well as property and fraud offences.

In addition, we engage in administrative law, applications to the Supreme Court, appeals of election results, representation in disciplinary hearings, land law, labor law, and the drawing up of opinions and agreements.

We represent a broad spectrum of clients, among them businesspeople, companies, and members of the liberal professions in various proceedings before judicial instances, as well as dealing with criminal cases that have international aspects.

Eshet and Ben-Gad share office maintenance and handle each one's independent practice.
